Professional Boards and Journal Review

• Fennell has been invited to peer review The American Pain Society's Clinical Practice Guideline for Fibromyalgia Pain Management, through its clinical guidelines program. Is intended for use by physicians, nurses and other health care professionals in assessing and managing pain related to Fibromyalgia
• Fennell serves on the faculty and Board of Directors of the American Association for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (AACFS), a non-profit organization of research scientists, physicians, licensed medical healthcare professionals, and other individuals and institutions interested in promoting the stimulation, coordination, and exchange of ideas for CFS research and patient care.
• Fennell has received numerous professional and community honors and serves on the boards of several medical and professional organizations, including the Editorial Board of the Journal of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the Advisory Board of the National Fibromyalgia Association.
